Using the electronic format of drawings produced by many of the leading edge architects today, SETEX can take that information in its digital form and use BIM software to negate many of the installation conflicts found on projects.
SETEX can run clash detection scenarios to determine conflicts between any component of a project with more accuracy and efficiency than years before. BIM also has the capability to document field changes in the design to better reflect “as-built” conditions. These files can be turned over to the owner at the end of a project which can be used for the lifespan a building for maintenance or future construction endeavors.
