Our mission during Pre-Construction phase is to precisely gather as much information as possible from our owners, occupants, architecture and engineers. We review Plans and Specification, Cost Estimating, Value Engineering and Scheduling. We always follow this up by catering to the owner’s/occupants specific needs. Our creative and diverse construction team analyzes all the data to assist with developing the best project system for the owner/occupant.
