SETEX constructed both Phase I & Phase II of the City of Port Arthur Boardwalk which included several hundred lineal feet of 30’ wide public access boardwalk paralleling the Intercoastal Waterway. This project provides for scenic views which are utilized as a backdrop for various community events and even a few stops by paddle wheel riverboat.
