In addition, the owner is able to review the contractor’s qualifications to determine the best value for the project. SETEX Construction has extensive experience of K-12 projects. In the last 5 years, our staff has self-performed, general contracted, or construction managed 20 – K-12 projects for Beaumont ISD, Hamshire-Fannett ISD, West Orange-Cove ISD, Port Arthur ISD, and Lumberton ISD.
